ENCORE II Functional Areas
The Encore II Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract provides technical solutions for the Department of Defense (DoD) in support of its migration to an integrated and interoperable Global Information Grid (GIG). Other non-DoD Federal agencies and U.S. Allies may use this contract to satisfy their IT requirements. Electronic handling of proposals, modifications and award processes allow for an easy turnaround for clients who need a quick response to their requirements.
Instructions for preparing task orders and SOWs are included in the Encore II Task Order Guidelines (TOG). The procedures are available on the DISA Web site or through the 3H Technology Federal Corp. Program Management Office.
The contract provides for the necessary personnel, materials, facilities, travel and other services required to provide worldwide integration support, systems engineering and related services. Technical solutions provided will be comprised of one or more of the following twenty (20) task areas:

- Task Area 13 - Security Engineering Certification and Accreditation
