The ENCORE Task Order (TO) Guidelines is a comprehensive handbook of how to use the ENCORE Contracts. The guidelines consist of a five chapter basic document with thirteen separate attachments which further explain ENCORE and provide templates for assembling your requirements package. DISA revises the Guidelines as needed to improve the process for using the contracts. You can read the TO Guidelines on-line or download to your PC.
