3H Technology provides TOMIS Infrastructure Support, ITIL Service Delivery Model, best practices for ITIL adoption and ITIL Foundation Certification training for U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (CIS) contract staff under a subcontract awarded by General Dynamics.

According to the TOMIS contract, all contractor staff is required  to complete ITIL Foundation Certification.

The ITIL Foundation Certification accredited course introduces the key concepts of each IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL®) function and process for service delivery and service support.
