We are credentialed – 3H’s technical divisions are SEI CMMI ® level 3 and ISO 9001:2000 externally assessed. Our software processes were appraised at CMMI Level 3 by an externally-led Class A Standard CMMI ® Appraisal Method for Process Improvement (SCAMPI SM), which satisfied all Appraisal Requirements for CMMI (ARC). In December 2004 our networking teams formally passed an independent BSI audit which led to our ISO registration in January 2005. 3H accomplished both ratings expeditiously: ISO in 6 months and CMMI® in 12 months-significantly faster than the average industry timeframes.
We are innovative – At 3H, we invest heavily in research and development, putting our labs at the disposal of projects and clients with the aim of exploring and evaluating emerging technologies and their applicability. Our qualitative criteria address topics such as licensing, implementation costs, vendor liability, product future strategy and vendor relations, while our quantitative criteria utilizes surveys to address features, functions, and architecture. Our pursuit of innovation has translated into the development our line of products, such as our Enterprise Information Integration (EII) solution, eSnap™.
