Commitment to Quality
3H Technology, a quality driven company, is an experienced Prime Contractor and implementer of Quality Management in the planning and execution of many successful enterprise projects. 3H has dedicated the manpower, financial and infrastructure commitments needed to successfully obtain and continually apply formal SEI CMMI® Level 3 and ISO 9001:2000 quality standards and best practices.
A hallmark of 3H’s performance is our dedicated quality assurance (QA) program based on industry best practices delineated in ISO, IEEE-J-STD, CMMI®, and the ITIL/ISO frameworks. Our QA program has met the rigorous standards required by both ISO 9001:2000 and CMMI® Level 3. Through the processes and procedures established at 3H, our senior management team defines quality objectives that are consistent with 3H’s corporate vision and strategic objectives. This demonstrated high level of commitment further ensures our continual ability to support DHS mission and meet customer requirements the “first” time.
3H’s risk management process solidifies our quality objectives by developing the mitigation strategies for key project control elements (Cost, Schedule, Resources, Technical and Programmatic). 3H employs formal Earned Value Management (EVM) practices with the appropriate surveillance plans to ensure adherence to ANSI/EIA-748-A (2002) guidelines. The use of Earned Value Management (EVM) and risk management further ensures that cost, schedule and performance objectives are managed, controlled and reported efficiently and effectively. 3H Executive oversight and organizational infrastructure, which includes a senior Management Steering Committee, Engineering Process Group and corporate level Quality Assurance components, additionally supports our quality objectives and produce results leading to the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
